The Women in Robotics workshop aims to: (1) raise visibility of women in robotics, (2) strengthen community and provide an opportunity for networking, and (3) foster mentorship of junior female researchers. The workshop will be a full-day event with a keynote,
invited talks, panel discussions and poster sessions. The day will end with a dinner to provide networking opportunities for junior female researchers.<br class="">
<br class="">
<div class="">The workshop will feature two poster sessions in which junior female researchers (grad students and post-docs) will present their research to workshop attendees and the R:SS community. Please fill out the application form to apply to present a
poster. You will be asked to provide a research abstract (no more than 500 words) and the name and contact information of a referee. Once selected for presentation, participants will be asked to submit a draft poster of their work. The organizing committee
will provide feedback on the posters approximately two weeks before the workshop.</div>

With support from our sponsors, we will offer travel awards to a limited number of selected poster presenters. Due to restrictions from our sponsors, awards for students from non-U.S. institutions are very limited. More information about the workshop, speakers,
