the theoretical and methodological challenges in designing, deploying and evaluating CUIs.</span></div>

approaches for researching CUI interactions. These include assessing the impact of interface design on user behaviours and perceptions, developing design guidelines, understanding the role of personalisation and issues around ethics and privacy.</span></div>
