IEEE VR 2017 is fast approaching, and we would like to make everyone aware
of the following important deadlines:



The last day to register at the early bird rate is *February 18, 2017.*
After this date, registration fees will be increased to the regular rate.



The cut-off date for hotel reservations at the conference rate is *February
27, 2017.*  Please note that the hotel reservation is fully refundable up
until one day prior to arrival.  *Therefore, we recommend booking as soon
as possible to secure a room at the discounted rate, before it is no longer
available.*
