Telecats, Webhelp’s entity that’s specialized in speech technology applied to telephony is looking for an expert in language technology.

The person we are looking for has at least:

  *   Experience and/or a degree in NLP, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related field.
  *   Native Dutch proficiency and a good command of English (proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a pre)
  *   Is very precise and accurate in handling data and language


We offer a multidisciplinairy environment where your work will have a direct impact on the customer service of mayor companies. Within Telecats’ Speechlab your main activities will evolve around developing custom language and classification models to enable speech recognition and automatic call handling. It’s possible to work remotely.
