Call For Proposals:
2025 ACM/IEEE International Conference on Human-Robot Interaction (HRI-25)

Dear colleagues,
The steering committee of the ACM/IEEE International Conference on Human-Robot Interaction is pleased to invite proposals for organizing HRI 2025.
Currently, the conference rotates each year between North America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. Thus, HRI-25 will be held in the Asia-Pacific Region.
The proposal must include the following information:
- The names, contact information, and qualifications of the following conference chair positions:
- General co-chairs
- Program co-chairs
- Financial chairs
- Local arrangement chairs
- Conference theme (or, ideas for conference theme)
- Location (city and proposed conference site)
- Dates
- Any major changes from previous years (e.g., format of conference, submissions categories, target acceptance ratio, paper presentation format, special tracks).
The proposal is to be submitted no later than December 15, 2022.
Please send proposals by email. The HRI steering committee will determine which proposal team will be selected to host the meeting during the annual steering committee meeting, to be held at HRI 2023.
