[iva] [meetings] Survey for online/in-person participation in HRI 2023

The 18th Annual ACM/IEEE International Conference on Human Robot Interaction (HRI 2023) will be fully hybrid, and it will take place March 13-16, 2023 in Stockholm, Sweden, and online on Zoom and Hopin.

We will be providing ample opportunities to participate both in-person and online. Considering the high number of online and hybrid events in the last two years, we wish to create the best online experience for remote attendees and reduce the cognitive loads that digital events create.
