[librecat-dev] Catmandu release 1.0604

Hi,

Catmandu 1.0604 has just been released.

Changes in this version:

  - new touch command and bag touch method
  - new Util::now function
  - remove dependency on LWP::UserAgent::Determined
  - add a basic vim syntax definiton for fix files
  - add, copy, join, move, remove, set, sort and split fix shortcuts
