[librecat-dev] Catmandu 1.10

Catmandu gets a small update. Changes in this release:

  - Catmandu::FileStore has been split off and has it’s own distribution: https://metacpan.org/pod/Catmandu::FileStore
  - the repository has a Dockerfile again
  - the include fix now accepts glob patterns
  - the export and convert commands get a new --id-file option
