[librecat-dev] user update not reflected in user list on account search page

Hi Jonathan

There is something wrong with your ‘date_created' and ‘date_updated' in your input file:

> date_created: 2018-02-16 11:38:27
> date_updated: 2018-02-16 11:38:27

should be:

> date_created: 2018-02-16T11:38:27Z
> date_updated: 2018-02-16T11:38:27Z

I need to check why the validator didn’t complain about this. Also be aware that these dates are given in GMT time.
