*ά* => CE B1 CC 81 instead of *ά* => CE AC


Greetings,

i have an mrc, which has the above encoding (on the left, which is
problematic).

How could i transform everything to the right encoding?

The strange thing is that both encodings look good.
but if we search, for some text, say ήλιος the encoding on the left does
not bring back anything...
