[librecat-dev] State of LibreCat?

Hi

The LibreCat publication management system repsitory https://github.com/LibreCat/LibreCat has been archived in September this year. Has it been moved to another location or is it not mained anymore? If the latter applies, we could still use "LibreCat" as name of the community but "Catmandu" will likely be more common, so it could also be used as alias name for Catmanu.
