[iva] Participants Needed for Social Talk on Video Conferencing Corpus Collection

Dear All,

I am looking to recruit participants for a study on how people chat with
their colleagues on video conferencing platforms. I’m looking to recruit
groups of 3 people for 1 hour, where you will be asked to chat over video
conferencing (20 mins) and then take part in an individual interview (40
mins).  These will both be recorded and both the video and audio data
collected will be de-identified. This study has been approached by the UCD
Ethics (HS-E-20-93-Bleakley-Cowan).



If you’d like to take part, we would ask you to recruit two participants to
partake in the study with you.



Below is the recruitment criteria for the groups participating in the study:



- recruited colleagues work in a research institution/university/college

- recruited colleagues work in the same physical environment (either from
the same lab/school/department/college/research institute) prior to COVID

- recruited colleagues should be at a similar career stage and rank (e.g. a
participant's supervisor/line manager should not be recruited to
participate)

Everyone that participates will be compensated with a 15 euro Amazon
voucher.

in the study with you (that fulfill the criteria above), email Anna

will then be coordinated.
