[librecat-dev] Elasticsearch 2.0 compatibility

Hi all,

I just made a developer release 0.04_01 of Catmandu::Store::Elasticsearch. The upcoming 0.04 release will be compatible with Elasticsearch 2.0. I would be grateful for any real world testing as there are many changes.
