Hi Johann & Vitali

I was using the OAI plugin recently. I ran into an issue with 
specifying a fix for metadata formats, which I described in:
https://github.com/LibreCat/Dancer-Plugin-Catmandu-OAI/issues/7

I was able to get it to work by applying the mentioned workaround, 
which was to remove/comment out one line in 
Dancer/Plugin/Catmandu/OAI.pm. But it probably needs some more proper 
fix, I wasn't entirely sure what the intention was.

I don't know about the SRU plugin, maybe it has a similar problem.
