?Yes you can put the three databases in one, you need to change the DBI strings in catmandu.store.yml. But it is not possible yet to add a prefix to the tables. You could make a ticket for that at:

another question. Is it possible to pack all three databases in one and just add a prefix for tables using 'DBI::' string? Or should I make more changes in
'catmandu.store.yml'? Obviously I need to change the sql-scripts in 'devel' subfolder as well...

You add host/port informatin to the DBI string in  data_source. E.g. in catmandu.store.yml:

data_source: "DBI:mysql:database=librecat_system"

Replace that with something like:

DBI:mysql:database=librecat_system;host=some.server.org;port=3307

You can even change the type of database (e.g. PostGRES) if you prefer.
