[librecat-dev] path for fixes

Hi *,

is it possible to include other than the standard perl paths to include
fixes for the catmandu comand line client?

catmandu convert -v MARC to CSV --fix fix/unibib_check.fix
  --lib_path /home/ck/catmandu/packages

doesn't work, the local installed fixes in unibib_check.fix are not found.
