[librecat-dev] Catmandu release 1.09 and Catmandu-WoS 0.03

Hi, 

Catmandu 1.09 has just been released.

This release better integrates validators with the other Catmandu components and improves the command line help.
Many thanks to Jakob Voss who contributed this code.

Catmandu-WoS 0.03 has also been released and now exposes the whole Web of Science SOAP API as a series of Catmandu  importers.
